3^RD IVSC-WAVO GLOBAL VALUATION CONFERENCE 30 JUNE 2022 BERLIN GERMANY

After more than 2 years of hiatus due to global pandemic situation, WAVO together with its member from Germany HypZert hosted the 3^rd IVSC-WAVO Global Valuation Conference physically on 30 June 2022 in Berlin, Germany. The event which also saw HypZert celebrating its 25^th anniversary registered 1,350 attendees from Germany as well as WAVO members from Korea, the United States, Romania, Ukraine, Mexico, Singapore and Hong Kong. The event was also attended by the CEO of IVSC, Mr Nick Talbot, who also gave a presentation on ESG and how it is impacting the profession and industry.

At the Conference, WAVO members from Romania, Mr Adrian Popa shared with attendees his topic on Solutions and limitations in digit(al)izing valuation in non-transparent markets. Part 2. Case study Romania while Dr. Valery V. Yakubowski presented his topic on Stochastic Model of Time Effect Consideration in Assets Valuation: “Follow-the-Cycle Approach.” (in English)

WAVO also announced the 4^thIVSC-WAVO Global Valuation Conference will be held jointly with its member, the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) from 7 to 9 June 2023 in Christchurch. Mr Blue Hancock, WAVO representative from PINZ shared some insights on the Conference in next year and welcome all to attend the event in New Zealand.
