World Association of Valuation Organisations (WAVO) is a body which brings together professional property valuation organisations that represent valuers and related property consultants employed in private practice, business and industry, the public sector, and education, as well as some specialized groups that interface frequently with the profession.
Member country associations include AI (United States), ANEVAR (Romania), API (Australia), CAS (China), CIREA (China), HKIS (Hong Kong), HypZert GmbH, IACVA (Canada), KAB (Korea), PINZ (New Zealand), SISV (Singapore), KAPA (Korea), NEBB Institute (United States), The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA, Dubai), Hoang Quan Appraisal (Vietnam) and Southwest Information and Appraisal Corporation (SIAC, Vietnam).

The International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and The World Association of Valuation Organisations (WAVO) successfully signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) between Sir David Tweedie, Chairman of IVSC Board of Trustees and Dr Lim Lan Yuan JP, Executive President of WAVO at the 8th WAVO Congress in Daegu, Republic of Korea on 2 November 2016.
